John and I celebrated our 12th wedding anniversary this past weekend, 19 years (and a few months) after going on our first date. To mark the occasion, we were grateful to get away to Asheville for two nights. We ate good food, we zip-lined, we hiked, we went to the spa1, and we talked and talked and talked.
And somehow, without much advance planning, we made our time together into a mini marriage summit.
Those who’ve been with me awhile know that this is not unusual.
